French’s Meat is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team. We serve both wholesale and retail customers across the Phoenix metro area, so this role is more than just driving—it’s about representing our company well and making sure every order is delivered accurately and on time.
We’re looking for someone who works with urgency, drives responsibly, and genuinely cares about doing the job right—from the moment the truck is loaded to the final delivery.
What You’ll Do
Deliver orders accurately to multiple wholesale and retail customers
Plan and complete routes efficiently throughout the Phoenix metro area
Load and unload delivery trucks (product can be heavy)
Pick up orders when needed
Assemble boxes for outgoing deliveries
Provide friendly, professional service to customers at every stop
What We’re Looking For
Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
Ability to lift 60+ lbs. (with or without a dolly)
Knows the Phoenix area and/or can confidently navigate using GPS
Works with a sense of urgency—gets deliveries done efficiently without driving recklessly
Strong attention to detail—orders must be delivered correctly every time
Dependable and punctual—your route and customers rely on you
Takes ownership of the job—cares about accuracy, presentation, and customer experience
Friendly, professional attitude with customers and team members
Able to work independently and stay on schedule
Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must pass a drug test (required for company vehicle use)
Non-smoker / non-vaping preferred
Experience
Delivery driving experience preferred, but not required
Additional Details
No CDL required
Routes are primarily in the Phoenix metro area, with occasional trips to Prescott and Flagstaff
Fast-paced work environment—days end when deliveries are complete
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (or when finished)
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (or when finished)
