Extra days with monthly rentals are prorated at the monthly rate; extra days with weekly rentals are prorated at the weekly rate. Minimum stay is one week.

Included in your rental fee, Landlord provides the following:

A $500 monthly utility allowance ($150 for weekly rentals) is included in rental fee. Please note that if whole-pool heat is desired, it will be provided by Landlord for an additional up-front fee of $75 per day for the length of your stay. Any unused pool heat funds are returned to Tenant within 5 days after check-out.

A fully-refundable security deposit of $1,500.00 is required to hold your reservation. All rental payments are due in full 30 days prior to check-in. You may cancel your reservation at any time 60 or more days prior to check-in with a full refund of all monies paid. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in will be refunded only if Landlord is able, through good faith effort, to re-rent the property under the same terms and conditions as the original reservation.

We happily accept well-mannered and housebroken pets with prior Landlord approval. If you'd like your furry friend(s) to accompany you, there is a $250 fully-refundable pet deposit due with your security deposit. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by pets.

We accept personal checks, Cashier's checks, certified checks and money orders for rental payments and security deposits. We provide Tenants with a written lease and receipts for all payments made.

PLEASE NOTE: We hate fees and taxes as much as you do! As such, we do not charge a cleaning fee, application fee, move-in fee, move-out fee, etc. Your rental payment covers it all, including all taxes!
