This great beachfront home has beds for 20 people - it is right on the beach on beautiful Playa Encanto Beach (the BEST beach in Rocky Point). This is a great home for large gatherings, family reunions, etc. There are 8 king beds and 2 bunks in this home. There is a security guard at the entrance to this beach - it is rustic, feels private and not a lot of people, and has beautiful white sand and no rocks. In this home you will be ON the beach - no need to walk to the beach! (NOTE - some of these pictures were taken before the drapes were hung, and we are also in the process of doing some finishing touches.)

This home rents for $700/night, depending on the time of year (high or low season). We prefer a minimum 3-night stay. We prefer to have no pets and this home is non-smoking. This is the most memorable and inexpensive vacation for large groups and families you can have, and is so close to the Valley - it is only 4 hours from Phoenix.

The home is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans is all the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked - it has all the dishes, utensils, pots/pans, microwave, 2 fridges, stove/oven, coffee maker, free WiFi on site. There is also a 43" smart TV in the house. There is a beach BBQ outside, and a huge fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows - great for night-time partying. The patio has lots of outdoor furniture.

Please note the very last photo - it shows the rear (beachside) of this home (E1), and an additional, identical home is right next door (E2). There are beds for 46 people between these 2 homes - great for a large family reunion or for several families. These 2 homes may be rented individually or together if you have a very large group - the rental price is per house / per night.
