Sleeps 26 - 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 story home right on the beach! This is a great get-away for family reunions and large groups (smaller groups ok too). Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms with their own baths and with walk-out balconies overlooking the ocean. This home has actual beds for 26 people (7 kings, 2 queens, 4 bunkbeds). It is located on the BEST BEACH in Rocky Point - Playa Encanto Beach is located about 5 miles (as the crow flies) down the beach east of Rocky Point - Playa Encanto Beach is next beach after Las Conchas - it takes approx. 12-15 minutes to drive to from town. It is a gated and very rustic, secluded community. No need to walk to the beach - you are ON the beach.

The price ($600 - $700/night) is negotiable depending on the time of year (high or low season). We prefer a minimum
3-night stay. Please no pets and no smoking. This is the most inexpensive and memorable vacation for large groups and families you can have so close to the Valley - it is only 4 hours drive-time from Phoenix.

The home is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked - it has all the dishes, utinsels, pots/pans, microwave, 2 fridges, stove/oven, coffee maker. Free WiFi on site. There is also a "smart" TV in the house. There is a beach BBQ outside, with lots of outdoor patio furniture. There is also a huge fire pit outside for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows for night time partying.

Please note the very last photo - it shows the rear (beachside) of this home (E2), and an identical home right next door (E1). There are beds for 46 people between these 2 homes - great for a large family reunion or for several families.
