I am 62, German, in the US since 2002.
My 2 older small best behaved dogs are my life, nothing else. I have a Mama and a daughter. 13 and 10.
I am gainfully employed with a hybrid position; some days from home, some in Office in Chandler, AZ. 817 credit.
I am a loner and have no visitors.
100% drug free, super quiet and clean.
I love yard work and treat other people's property and belongings with upmost respect [ the German in me I guess ..lol].
I just do not want to own anything anymore. I do not have any family here in the States who would want anything I own.
My perfect place is one where my dogs are loved to pieces. Hopefully you have some also so we can take care of them together so one can goof off on and off knowing our fur babies are taken care of.
My babies would need to have access to a doggie door at all times. I pick up dog pooping all the time as I am in general super clean.

I don't cook much. I don't really need any access to the house, other than the laundry room. I would love to be able to just have my own fridge and microwave in my room.
