I own some remote property and I need to put a legitimate legal outhouse on there for numerous reasons. I am not interested in renting one , as it would be rarely used. I also do not want to buy a new one for 900.00 . I also do not want a stolen one... I also do not want a wooden shack one, or I would have already built one.
I am hoping someone has one that they don't need anymore and would like to sell to me. I have a trailer and could pick it up. I would need a handwritten receipt to prove that I did not steal it.... I have a receipt book if that helps...
