WANTED BY OWNER. I am looking for an unmolested, intact shade holder replacement part for a 1930's torchère-style floor lamp. This antique floor lamp has an oriental theme and has the number MSLC-4295 molded onto the underside of the base. The reference dimensions of this cast pig-iron shade holder that I seek are:
Outermost diameter of top: 7"
Inside diameter of smaller "throat" base: 2 1/2"
Overall height: 3 1/4"
It should also have 2 square-like "keys" casted on the inside "throat" diameter. When rotated, these protrusions lock into the socket housing which is located at the top of the lamp. I have included some reference photos that show the broken shade holder I'm looking to replace. The photos also show how the shade holder interfaces with the socket housing and the glass shade (diffuser) itself.
If this ad is posted, I'm still looking for this part. Serious replies only. If you have this exact shade holder, please make contact by phone. (four 8 oh) - 2 zero 9er-three two 58 Include a reasonable asking price and some photos of the matching shade holder that you have for sale.
