The Fixory is seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager to lead high-end repair, renovation, and maintenance projects across our luxury residential portfolio. This role is for a leader who understands that in a luxury home, "good enough" doesn't exist—perfection is the baseline.
The Role at a Glance
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring that our elite clientele receives seamless service and impeccable results. You will manage specialized teams, coordinate high-end materials, and maintain the white-glove standards that define The Fixory.
Compensation: $4,000 – $4,500 per month (Base salary, commensurate with experience).
Focus: Luxury Home Maintenance & Residential Project Oversight.
Core Responsibilities
Luxury Standards: Oversee on-site projects to ensure every "fix" meets architectural and high-design standards.
Workflow Leadership: Manage the "Fixer" teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep timelines sharp and quality high.
Client Concierge: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering clear, professional, and proactive updates.
Budget & Logistics: Manage project costs and procure premium materials without compromising on deadlines.

Proven Experience: A background in residential construction, high-end remodeling, or luxury property management.
