Auto Shop Follow-Up is looking for a detail-oriented Call Comment QA Specialist to review and polish written call notes before they are sent to our customers, the Auto Repair Shops.
What you will do:
Edit call comments for clarity, grammar, and professionalism
Make sure comments follow our style guidelines and tone
Check accuracy of names, vehicles, incentives, and phone numbers
Confirm that comments and notes are categorized correctly based on the type of feedback, whether the customer had a positive or negative experience, and other categories that help our shops navigate our reports
Prepare comments so they are report ready, consistent, and easy for shop owners to understand
Flag recurring issues and patterns in comments to our management team, in order to coach and improve our training
What we are looking for:
Excellent editing and proofreading skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable working with repeatable workflows and deadlines
Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
Automotive or repair shop background is helpful but not required
