These wheels are 4 lug wheels. They were stored in garage and did not end up being put on different car. They came off an older Honda Civic.
The tires need to be replaced.
There is 1 center cap that is missing. But eBay appears? to have this for sale for just over $20.
The wheels are a bit dusty, but in very nice shape. The tires are old, old, old... See pics for details.
