Postal Strategies Corporation is a small Phoenix-Area company with 20 years in the mailing and logistics space and is seeking a dependable and organized individual to assist with office administration, billing support, customer communication, and daily operational support.
This position may be a great fit for someone seeking flexible work hours, a long-term support role, or a stable small-business environment with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We support a positive a team and family based atmosphere and YES were small.
The position can eventually transition to partial or mostly remote work once systems, workflow, and responsibilities are fully understood. Initial training and setup will require on-site collaboration in the North Scottsdale / Grayhawk area. There may also be times where availability through Microsoft Teams, phone communication, or occasional on-site support is needed during collaborative, operational, or customer support periods.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Easily navigate QuickBooks is required
You should be comfortable navigating QuickBooks independently and assisting with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting-related tasks. Must demonstrate the ability to reconcile bank statements, vendors statements and pay bills. You need good customer communication skills and a can do...++++ positive attitude++++!
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications
Including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Email systems, and general industry office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
You will interact with customers, sales support, route drivers, and internal team members in a professional and positive manner.
• Ability to adapt within a small-business environment
Responsibilities may vary throughout the day and may include operational support, customer coordination, administrative organization, and general office assistance to the President
• Additional technical or marketing-related experience is a plus
Experience with website updates, web design, online advertising, social media platforms, Craigslist postings, TikTok, Facebook, or related digital support skills is beneficial.
