Immediate Need for Assistant to help in Real Estate Development Company as well as help organize a myriad of personal & business bills, tax notices, etc. We are involved in the continuing Sales and Development of Ventura Ranch Homesites in Prescott Valley, as well as shopping Center development in San Tan. This person would be involved in posting MLS listing, talking to prospective Buyers, and Real Estate Agents and working on our Spec Home development with General Contractors. In addition, would organize mail and direct bills to bookkeeper, address and follow up on issues related to mail and other items. In San Tan, we need help in prospective tenants as well as following up with Architects, Contractors. Will primarily work out an office at DC Ranch Market Street and some visits to the nearby residence. It’s good to live relatively near Pima and Thompson Peak Parkway to avoid long commute times, etc. Work House are flexible and would be between 30 and 35 hours per week and sometimes more based on activity.
