Lemon Grove Apartments is a HUD subsidized apartment community in central Phoenix serving low income Seniors 62 years of age and older, as well as those under 62 years of age that qualify for a handicap accessible unit designed specifically for the mobility impaired.
At present, we are accepting applications and our waiting list is approximately 2 years for a standard, non-handicap accessible unit and approximately 4 years or more for an accessible unit for the mobility impaired.
