Magic Chef, 10.1 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator in White. This compact, smaller sized frig is perfect for a guest house, casita or tenanet unit. Had to buy a new one because it went out and my tenant needed a replacement right away. It's only 4 years old, and can be repaired by a handy person or DYI home owner. New, they are $590, plus tax of $53.00, thus with a repair it's a good value.

Clean, no damage, just one repair and it's good to go.
