The Xelsis Evo is top of the line. It’s got an easy to use carafe with automatic cleaning and it’s wonderful if you’ve got more than a couple users with the ability to fully program all drinks for six users. I really like the milk system since it’s been redesigned to produce a hotter froth and a key feature is being able to program the density of the milk from one of 4 levels. The American coffee low pressure pulse brewing is very handy for those who want a drip style cup. It's a true dual boiler machine. You can go immediately to frothing milk and run the machine for multiple drinks back-to-back with no delays.
Features include:
The Xelsis Evo is a multi-user machine, which means up to 6 users can program their drink preferences for 7 drinks
The Evo uses an attachable carafe to supply milk. It is convenient, just pull the carafe out of the fridge, and attach it to the machine, then the top of the handle slides over to deliver the milk
All the drinks the machine makes are fully programmable
The bean hopper feeds a ceramic disc grinder and has 8 grind settings allowing you to adjust the grind based on the type of beans and the drink being made
The front of the machine swings open on substantial hinges to reveal a large internal drip tray and grounds bin
The unit weighs just over 35 lbs dry

This unit has been used lightly and always descaled at recommended intervals. Sold as is. It's in very good condition and was always taken care of. Purchased and serviced by Espresso Machine Experts. I'm only selling it as I went to a manual espresso machine. Includes everything pictured plus a power cord. I own two of these so let me know if you need a second one for spare parts. Both work beautifully.
