wine mini-keg for table - $10 (central-north Phoenix)

My friend ended up with this because her then-husband didn’t want to take the time to return it. By the time she tried, the company had gone out of business. I tracked down the mini-keg manufacturing company, and they will gladly take it back -- at their place, in California. That is not going to happen. The recycling center won’t/can’t accept it.
Does anyone want to make a pedestal table out of it? Or, use it as an exercise weight?
It has a 9” diam. and is 23” H, has 2 great hand holds at the top.
