Transitional piece represents a rare, short-lived time during the original "Erie" brand
and before the later, more common known "Griswold" brand.
with ARTISTIC LOGO
The artistic script refers to the unique stylize font used before the “E” markings on the skillets bottom.
Limited number of sizes #5 and # 9 in this logo.....making them very collectible!
Key identification....abbreviation number (“No. 9) not used on any others.
Due to rarity and historical significant this skillet is highly sought after by collectors
