You have to move (probably about $400 depending on where you're going).
Look around and similar sized UNFINISHED buildings are selling for $8500+ and you need to add taxes and potentially delivery. The materials and labor it took to finish this out far exceed the the asking price. The current going rate to build anything is about $300 per square foot. Our asking price is ONLY $75 per square foot!
