I began meadmaking two years ago and got super excited about it with big plans to increase my production volume, which never happened. I bought this 7-gallon fermenter, cleaned it per the mfg specs, and have done nothing more to it. Its jacketed in a neoprene sleeve for temperature regulation and has built-in hardware for both heating and cooling accessories.
