PROPERTY B: IN TOWN (1056sqft storage building unfit for habitation, nearby fire-hydrants and all city amenities (sewer, water, electrical and gas already permitted on property. Approximately 0.50 acres).
backs up to city park. City wants a minimum 1400+ sq. ft house on the half acre one. A larger house could increase value to upwards of $500,000.
Both properties present an excellent investment opportunities for an experienced owner builder wanting an opportunity to create a lucrative rental business, off-grid, family compound, or a homestead (with reasonably easy access to main towns). Both are as is and ready for renovation. Both can be surveyed as part of transaction at buyer's expense. We are still in the process of clearing debris from both properties.
New Mexico Corporation founded in 2019 with a bank account established that year. No taxes have been filed. If there is any tax liability you file, and we shall address from proceeds as part of sale or within one year of sale. EIN established in 2024.
