Used 21 speed tandem Love bike made in Taiwan. Unique design allows "Captain" to steer from rear seat with longer handle bars. Similar to what are called Buddy Bikes created with individuals with disabilities in mind that can experience bike riding in the front seat while the guardian steers from the rear seat.
