This is a spiral-bound Jean Pare cookbook, "Company's Coming - Pies." It is a first printing from September, 1992. The "Company's Coming" cookbooks made former caterer Jean Pare one of the top selling cookbook authors in the world, starting in the 1980s. They are popular for their focus on a single subject in each book, and easy-to-follow recipes that rely on readily available ingredients. This one shows a little mild wear to the front cover, nothing serious; there are no other issues with it, the pages are all intact and very clean, really nice overall condition. The recipes in it are amazing. Like, I mean it. Don't even look at this book while you're hungry.
