This is a vintage 1985 softcover cookbook, "Country Baking" from Landoll's. It is a 48-page book, about the size of a magazine but with heavier paper more like a paperback book. "The recipes in this book have been carefully chosen to offer you a wide variety of delectable foods in the tradition of country baking, updated for the modern kitchen." Chapters are: Yeast Breads, Quick Breads, Rolls and Muffins, Pies and Custards, Cakes, Brownies, and Bars. Book is in excellent condition with very clean pages, practically still like new.
