This is a hardcover book, Where Death Delights - Adventures in Courtroom Medicine by Marshall Houts. It is a 1967 first edition, second impression. "The story of Dr. Milton Helpern, Chief Medical Examiner of the City of New York, who 'knows more about violent death than anyone else in the country.'" Book includes several pages of photos related to the Bethesda autopsy of President John F. Kennedy, accompanying the doctor's commentary on that topic. A fascinating read for true crime enthusiasts, those interested in the JFK assassination, or lovers of detective stories. It is a rather hard to find book now.
Dust jacket has a very tiny tear up at the top of the spine, but other than that shows only minor wear. Book has no writing inside it, but the former owner has written his name on the top and bottom of the book, on the outside of the pages (see photos). Binding is good and tight, pages are all intact and clean. Overall nice condition. Asking $32.00 obo. Everything I have listed for sale is "or best offer", so feel free to make an offer.

I sell a lot of items on Craigslist, so please take a look at my other stuff (sometimes free items as well). I come from a huge family of serious hoarders, so... Well, some people have yard sales, but I'm not able to do that, so I do this instead. It clears out the house and helps me get the last of my kids through college. All you have to do is search the word SALMAGUNDI on Craigslist, and all of my items should come up for you.
