Let your family enjoy boating under sail or under power. This fully equipped 2000 Macgregor 26x affords you the best of both worlds. Sail when the conditions are right and use it as a runabout (at 20-30 kph) when it's not. With a 50hp Evinrude outboard, the 26x is fast enough for your kids to enjoy tubing when they get bored of sailing or to outrun that storm.
It's easily pulled with car or truck, so you can put it in the water at just about any boat launch, or draw it up on your favorite beach. The 26x only draws 9" with the ballast tank empty. The water ballast also makes it very light to trailer, coming in at under 3,500 lbs GVW so it's towable by most mid-size vehicles.
