Absolutely no mechanical issues (some scratches on cowling as visible in pictures). Complete turnkey.

The price includes the original gauges (RPM, MPH, fuel, and trim) and the motor cover, as shown in the pictures.
Also includes the software and cables for attaching to laptop for diagnostics and statistics.
