This is an awards clock, made by Lane Awards Manufacturing Co, for distribution by Snap On to their top salesmen and dealers in 1994. Snap On has made hundreds of different awards clocks over the years, usually pin ups or modern tool related scenes. As far as I know, this is the only clock relating to their early history. It is approx 12" by 15". It is basically particleboard, and quite heavy. It depicts a scene around 1920, when Snap On salesmen would use Model T Ford pickups as delivery trucks. It is a night scene, and the Snap On salesman is leaving a small garage in the center of a typical American town, with a diner in the background with the look of a Hopper painting. Clock works, and is a standard quartz type easily replaced if necessary. These awards clocks were limited editions, and today, this one is hard to find. The photos may look yellowish, but that is my lighting; the actual picture looks better than the photos. Ships priority at 5 pounds ship weight...
