Levin Instrument lathe WW size. Comes with its motor and variable speed drive. The headstock and lever-feed collet-holding tailstock take WW(8mm) collets. Comes with a Levin tip-over tool rest. The only collets included are the one in the headstock and the taper collet in the tailstock. Included is a graver, see last photo. The price is $1,250.00, cash, of course.
The motor and variable speed controller work fine, as does the foot pedal. Runs on 110V power. The headstock turns freely. It makes a whine when under power. The tailstock moves well also. The bed has some dings..see photos
The headstock belt pulley is outboard, which is convenient for changing belts. It is located in the shroud on the back of the headstock, which is easily removable. You can take the shroud off and run the lathe with the motor on the back of a bench or you can hang the motor below the bench if space is a consideration.
The tape on the motor and the twist ties on the controller are just there to keep the cords from flopping around when moveing the lathe to storage.
The heavy cast iron chip tray is easy to remove from the lathe should you not want to utilize it.
Questions welcome.
