Does anyone know an honest AC tech that can do an AC tuneup? (North Phoenix)

Hey everyone, hope you are all well.
I was looking for someone that is honest to do an AC tuneup to make sure my AC is good for the summer. It is a rooftop Trane unit and it is running well, but would like to make sure it checks out for the summer. I paid one of those companies to come over and do a AC check, and all he did was try to sell me a brand new AC unit.
Mine is running well and I don't want to replace it, I just want to make sure the capacitors and things are all OK.
BTW, I have an old EVAP COOLER that I want to get removed from my roof too. Please contact me if you can help. Patrick
