Job: Global Trade Facilitator Support
This is an on-site role in Scottsdale.
You must have your own laptop and reliable transportation to and from the office every day.
You help the Global Trade Facilitators who put international deals together.
What you do every day:
Talk to buyers and sellers to keep things moving smoothly
Help with all the paperwork like shipping documents and customs forms
Fix problems when a deal gets stuck
Use our website and app to track everything
Make sure everyone follows the trade rules
What we want:
Know (or can learn fast) how international shipping and trade rules work
Good at talking to people, even from other countries
Comfortable using apps and new tech
Very organized and can handle multiple deals at the same time without dropping the ball
Good at solving problems quickly
Can show up on-site in Scottsdale every day and actually get shit done
Any past experience in shipping, logistics, or trade is a plus
College degree in business or logistics is preferred but not required
