Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who possesses strong computer and data entry skills with one year of QuickBooks Online experience, as well as the ability to multitask effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting operations across both of our locations.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Accurately enter and maintain data records.
• Provide information on products and services to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service standards.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer use and data entry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
