What you’ll do:
• Manage projects and service work orders start to finish
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Collect details, track updates, and stay on budget
• Research and recruit contractors when needed
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in facilities or property management
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and construction
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
