We’re a growing services firm that manages maintenance, repairs, and projects for clients across the U.S. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Project Coordinators to oversee service orders and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
• Manage service orders and projects from open to close
• Dispatch vendors, track progress, and resolve issues
• Collect invoices and ensure proper documentation
• Recruit and negotiate with contractors/vendors
• Report on project status to leadership
• Spend plenty of time on the phone with clients, contractors, and partners
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in facilities services or property management
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, lighting, or plumbing (construction a plus)
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and online research
• Sales experience a bonus!
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
