Selling my 2006 BMW X5 3.0L AWD Automatic, Ice Cold A/C that works, this car runs and drives great and It’s loaded with these power options that all work Power Locks, Power Windows, Power Seats, Power Mirrors, radio works awesome and loud with Leather seats that are NOT cut/torn anywhere. I have owned for 5 years, it’s been a great car and will be a great car for someone who needs cheap transportation with working A/C. As I said it’s a great running driving car but looks rough due to the collision damage on the front passenger side and a minor scuff on the drivers rear side.
Here are the quirks…. You will need to buy a front passenger side headlight assembly online for about $150 so that the right turn signal can work. You will need 4 tires….still rubber in these tires but it’s time for tires. You will need to buy a new battery as the battery is completely dead. The car leaks oil from the oil pan gasket and from what I’m told it’s not worth fixing so you will need to check the oil every 2 weeks and add about 2-3 quarts of oil a month and that will cost you about $20 per month in oil. Car has Ice Ice Cold A/C once it kicks on after the car has been driven about 10 miles….from what I’m told it’s a design flaw that starts to happen over time and now it’s happening but I’m told that a new A/C compressor solves the problem but for me driving 10 miles was easier than spending the $600 money with no guarantee it solves the delayed A/C start. Car has a clean title with 232K miles on it. First $1,200.00 get’s the car.
