Frequency:
Initially 2 to 3 times per wk.
These are LIGHT DUTY SLOW MOVEMENT rehabilitation and fitness sessions.

Flexible schedule.
Location: Central Phoenix
Vicinity of 35th Ave and Glendale Ave.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Seeking someone with some experience in exercise, therapeutic massage, weight lifting or general fitness routines.

Description:
Prospective client is a mature female, senior citizen - semi-retired - who is recovering from a fall related injury.

Primary goal:
Increase strength, balance, mobility and endurance.

Exercise equipment, charts and diagrams are provided to assist with strengthening and range of motion routines.

Some light equipment set-up and take down may be required.

Situation available for RETIRED OR WORKING Person, etc, ...male or female. (Payment at conclusion of each session.)

Prefer mature individual who lives or works close to the designated area. Also a preference for individual with some weekend availability.
