We are hiring ONE reliable bartender to cover all shifts:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Must be available all four days.
Our bar serves an exclusive resident community in a luxury setting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, consistency, and creating a welcoming atmosphere each evening.
💰 Pay
• $15/hour guaranteed + tips
• Consistent 4-day weekly schedule
🍸 Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Manage POS and handle transactions accurately
• Complete proper opening and closing duties
⭐ Requirements
• Previous bartending experience required
• Must be 21+
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be available Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM
We are hiring one bartender who can commit to all four days consistently. Reliability is extremely important.
📍 Open Interviews
We will be hosting open interviews on Tuesday, March 3rd from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at The Ryan Bar.
Please come prepared with your resume.

📅 Training & Start Date
The selected candidate must be available to train on:
• March 5th
• March 6th
• March 7th
First solo shift will be March 11th.
