Are you the kind of bartender who doesn't wait for customers but creates the crowd?
We're looking for a charismatic, outgoing bartender to become the face of The Ryan Bar, an exclusive resident bar inside one of Downtown Phoenix's premier luxury apartment communities.
This isn't just another bartending job. We want someone who will treat this bar like it's their own business, someone who loves getting to know people, remembers names and favorite drinks, creates regulars, and turns a quiet night into the place everyone wants to be.
What You'll Do:
• Create an amazing experience for every resident and guest.
• Build relationships that keep people coming back week after week.
• Help grow the bar by encouraging residents to stop in and become regulars.
• Bring positive energy, personality, and professionalism every shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, upscale bar.
Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Pay:
• $15/hour Plus Tips
• Opportunity to grow your income by growing your customer base.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
• Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience.
• Is 21 years of age or older.
• Loves talking with people and building relationships.
• Is dependable, self motivated, and takes pride in their work.
• Thinks like an owner, not just an employee.
• Wants to create an atmosphere where residents say, "Let's meet at the bar tonight."
About The Ryan
The Ryan is a luxury apartment community in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Our resident bar is more than a place to grab a drink. It's where neighbors become friends and community happens. We're looking for someone who can help make it the social hub of the property.
Open Interviews:
We're holding open interviews on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM.
No appointment is necessary. Simply stop by during the interview window to meet with our team.
The selected candidate must be available to begin immediately.
Your first shift will be a paid training shift on:
• Thursday, July 23: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Following training, you must also be available to work the following scheduled shifts:
• Friday, July 24: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Saturday, July 25: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Sunday, July 26: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
