• Ensure proper food rotation and freshness standards.

4. Inventory & Supply Management
• Order food, beverages, packaging, and cleaning supplies.
• Track inventory, minimize waste, and prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of usage.
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and POS accuracy.
• Monitor food cost %, labor %, and overall profitability.
• Review daily/weekly sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Marketing & Community Engagement
• Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses and community groups to drive sales.
7. Hands‑On Store Support
• Assist with making pizzas, running ovens, cutting/boxing orders, washing dishes, and customer service.
• Step into any role to support the team during rushes or staffing shortages.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (pizza experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Basic financial understanding (P&L, labor %, food cost %).
