The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Line Cook who takes pride in craft, works cleanly and efficiently, and thrives in a focused, collaborative kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical cooking, attention to detail, and learning through repetition and refinement.
Responsibilities
Execute dishes accurately and consistently during service
Perform daily prep with precision and efficiency
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Follow recipes, specs, and plating guidelines exactly
Communicate clearly with the chef and teammates during service
Assist with receiving, stocking, and end-of-day breakdown
Contribute to a respectful, professional kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of professional kitchen experience (or strong culinary training)
Solid knife skills and foundational cooking techniques
Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and willingness to take feedback
Curiosity about technique and a desire to improve
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
