The Wheels are removable and are still in the bag. They have not been put on yet. I bought this and cannot return. My loss, your gain.
The measurements are on the last 2 pictures, which are stock photos. The photo says it holds 14-15" laptop but it doesn't. The padded laptop sleeve holds a 13.3-14 inch laptop.
