Offered for sale is a Foundation / Box Spring . This collapsible foundation goes under your mattress and both your mattress and foundation rest on top of you bed frame. This metal foundation replaces the standard wood/spring based foundation of the past. High tensile strength metal and light weight, this foundation provides stability and is totally silent because there is no wood or springs to squeak. Once open, insert the metal slats into the frame openings and your ready to go. Fully expanded, here are the measurements: 83" Long, 71" Wide and 7" High. Please make sure that this frame will fit on your existing bed frame. This frame will work well with a California King Mattress who's measurements are 72" X 84". There is a washable covering that comes with this as well, and I will give it FREE to you. Price is FIRM.
