Folks, this is a fantastic deal for anyone needing a nice sleeper couch. The leather is the high quality maroon leather in near flawless condition. The couch is 80 inches long and 3 feet deep. The couch itslef has had very little use and has been sitting in my office for a few years with no one using it. It has never been a daily use couch and therefore in excellent overall shape. The queen sleeper is in great condition and very comfortable. The sleeper glides in and out with ease. You don't wake up with a back ache. Super nice 4" fireproof mattress. I have checked and these things sell new for $3000 so for $395 for something this nice and reasonably used is a great deal. Save yourself a couple grand. Drop me an email. Thx.
