Folks...this is the best screaming deal I have seen for a rarely used maroon leather queen sleeper couch with a fantastic versatile ottomon foot stool. From the photos you can see the couch is flawless. No nicks, scrapes, tears NOTHING. This couch is pretty much new, barely used. In literally almost brand new condition. The couch sat in my office for seven years doing nothing. The ottomon is full leather, which converts to an eating table when you flip the cushions and then storage underneath for blankets, quilts, pillows, what have you. Together these would run around $5000. The mattress is not your typical crappy sleep. This is a great fire retardant mattress. Four inches of fluff. Full blown high quality leather in both peices and in almost perfect condition. $550 for the couch and $125 for the ottomon. The couch is 7' x 3' and the ottomon 4' x 2' and 19 inches high.
