Kubota 4WD Tractor Model L2501DT with manual transmission. Includes loader Model LA526 and a box scraper. The tractor was purchased new in 2022 and used exclusively for home/residential purposes. It has been stored in an enclosed garage for the past 20 months and has been operated for a total of 35 hours. Also included is an extra set of new/unused tires/rims valued at approximately $2,000. I purchased the tractor to help the original owner deal with financial difficulties. I have priced the tractor at $20,450 cash to recover my costs.
