In good condition.
Reasonably clean -- never used for anything toxic -- but it's a little dusty inside so perhaps not food worthy unless properly washed out.
Kept outdoors but mostly in the shade.
Used as a rainwater cistern -- was planning to use it to farm Tilapia, but the free time to set that up just never materialized.
