Boarding price of $450.00 per month per horse!
We are a small 8-9 horse max, private residence (5 horses currently on-site). Horse side of property utiltilizes over half the 1 1/2 acres. I do not manage a show barn, just a very clean, well taken cared of side-businesss. Experienced horse owner with references available. Special care for older horses. Teaching/training new riders, saddle and tack fit available. Roping lessons available, ground dummy practice.
Premium Horse Board at a great location and reasonable price. 16x16 full or partial shaded stalls with turnout. Or just Turnout available.
Plenty of room to ride! Take advantage of small lighted arena / turnout or you can ride out gate on a dirt road to miles of desert and trails..
Clean property - clean stalls, low fly count!!! Large tack room. For your safety, we have 24 hour security, private and secure Bathroom, saddle racks and wash rack available for your use.
Top grade feed of your choice fed 2 times daily and stalls cleaned every day.
1 horse available. Learn to ride, lessons available or just lease on month to month basis. NO day or week lease available at $800 per month.
