Male 6-9 month old untamed cockatiel . He *can * be handled but he is rebellious right now . He’s molting and cranky . His feathers look bad right now / he has cage tail . But it’s because he’s molting and clumsy . Give it a few months and he will look beautiful. He sings and dances a lot . Must have another cockatiel !!!
