If you have (or want to put) a junction box in your ceiling and you want to easily install a 4" LED light, this is for you! You attach the ring clip (shown in the third photo) to the j-box, then the light just swivels onto the clip for a clean, flush mount. I have only the one light shown here.
If you have a recessed lighting can, you could also use this, but I can't find the tension clip (however, I think I have the 'bulb' wiring adapter, if you need it).
