This has been in my late fathers picture framing business since I believe the 70s. It has never been framed. The writing on the bottom of the picture says from left to right -

Right - Scotty and Khaki

Top - Published at 8 Cline Street Bristol Eng Frost and Reed Printsellers of Bristol, Clifton and London May 1st 1906

The full print measures at 29 3/4" x 25"
The colored picture measures at 21 7/8" x 16 3/8"
**I am Not an expert on this picture** From what I've seen online, the quality of this is completely different from the constant reproductions that anyone can order.
