I have six used, working 4" recessed can light fixtures. They're a touch dusty, but still in pretty good shape.
They each have a standard ceramic socket for a regular lightbulb (A19 or E26 size bulb) -- and you used incandescent (up to 75W), fluorescent, or LED bulbs.
They are designed to rest securely onto your drywall ceiling. It's a very nice, compact, elegant design. In case it matters, I'm guessing these cans are the non-IC rated kind.
Five of the six have built-in junction boxes. Photo #6 shows the j-box, and if you check out the last photo you can see that one needs a j-box.
The baffle trim (aka bezels) are a little yellowed from age and have a touch of lavender paint on the edges (see second-to-last close-up photo). If that bothers you, it is very easy to spray paint them any color you like. The trim is held in place by two springs (see 5th photo).
They are simple to install, but do require you to go up into the attic and drop the lip of the fixture down into the hole (since you cannot feed the 7" plate through a 5" hole).
Asking $20 for the set of six or $5 each if you want just one or two, cash-n-carry
